As we head into peak summer, getting glowing summer skin is on every girl’s agenda. For me personally, it always starts with my face. Not being very big on tans, I love focusing on hydration charged products to apply all summer long. With that in mind, I just wanted to share some of my absolute hydration packed skincare products that I am loving this summer!
Clinique Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate
This was a Clinique product that I had my eye on for the packaging. Like legit. I wanted it for my vanity cuz it was pink and silver and SO summer on the beach vibes. But it is my new FAV for getting that glowing summer skin. Two pumps of it any time after washing my face and I feel like I’m good to go. It really is a supercharged cuz it feels like a one step and go. Perfect for the summer months to not weigh down the skin. You can also use this in any sort of skincare routine and it’s even perfect for the transitioning weather skincare. Totally about it.
Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream
First Ole Henriksen product and damn…I am impressed. Having heard excellent things about this eye cream, I got my hands on it and already quarter way through the pot in just a few weeks. It brightens my under eye like nobody’s business and I haven’t worn concealer in a few days because I swear that’s how well this cream works. I really like how it gives a little glow under the eye as well, makes you look brighter and more awake.
Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask
So back in March I was visiting the U.S. and a friend of mine really recommended the Glow Recipe Watermelon Mask. I haven’t really used sleeping masks or overnight masks but this one being my first one has me converted. It is super lightweight, sinks into the skin and when I wash my face in the morning, it feels incredible and skin is super plump and glowy. Also…the smell is soooo summery. I could stick my nose in that jar and smell that stuff all day. insert heart eyes Also pretty pink packaging, so sold.
The Body Shop Body Yogurt
The Body Shop dropped their Body Yogurts this summer and I am loving it. I am a sucker for anything gel based and this summer I really wanted something lightweight for overall quick moisture and this works amazing. I am always taking showers last minute and then have zero time to try to get a body moisturizer and wait till it sinks in. This stuff though, one swipe and the skin has absorbed it. Got it in the Mango scent and it smells uber delicious. They also come in a bunch of other scents including another fave: British Rose.
Sums up all my summer favs for moisturizing this summer. Super lightweight products that sink into the skin giving such a dewy and healthy glow.
